QE2 Story Gathering 2014 - Liverpool - 31st May




Friday Evening
20:00 onwards meet at the Crowne Plaza Residents Lounge. 
23:00 fireworks display

* Saturday Morning 8:30 - 12:00 - Tour and reception on-board Cunard's Queen Victoria in Liverpool, followed by group tour of the Cunard building. 

* Saturday 13:30 - 15:30 - Lunch (Crowne Plaza, Sandwich Buffet lunch £14.95 ).  Please let us know if interested so we can book space.

* Saturday 15:30 to 16:30 - Watch Queen Victoria Sail.  Please join us.

* Saturday 19:30 til Late - Dinner and possibly late drinks[/color].

Its not lunch!  Its drinks + light canapes, in the afternoon - exact timings to be confirmed.

The idea for the weekend is Saturday + Saturday evening + sunday up until early afternoon.

Just to confirm myself & Karen for the QV visit and all the other fun stuff too. It will be great to finally meet some of the people that I have come to regard as friends.

Tom and I will be attending and looking forward to meeting other forum members at this event.  Good that even although there are limited places for the QV visit, we can still meet to wave the ship off and for drinks later.

Shona and I would loved to have joined you in Liverpool but unfortunately we are away on a cruise from 22nd May till 3rd June.Perhaps we will meet in Liverpool in May 2015 when the 3 Queens call there.
