Firstly - Thank you for Voting, and what a lovely surprise!
To be honest this has always been selfishly, my favourite  shot of the sailaway taken with very tearful eyes, waving at the same time and it was freezing cold.
This was taken  just before Captain McNaught must have moved his hand on the High Speed Ahead lever - as QE2 literally looked as if she couldn't bear any more of the hanging about - she needed to get away before getting the hankies out.

The winner and a very popular choice of those who voted is Cunarder Man's picture " Tandem departure NY 2004"

Both picture capture the theme very well and we are so lucky that our forum members continue to support the competition so that we see so many photos of QE2 over the years.

However, we need our forum members to keep uploading their photos to the competition. Even if you cannot enter photos every month the moderator team would be so grateful if you could vote so as to support the competition and keep the memory of QE2 alive.
