Yes he is correct in what he says service isnt what it used to be, In fact cruising isnt what it used to be. My first voyage was in 1986. Compare how many folks cruised then to todays figures
 Its maybe not as good as what it used to be, However its not as good for a lot more that what ever it was. So is that a bad thing.. No l dont think so.
