Here is my camcorder footage of the weekend of events when Cunard celebrated the sailing of Britannia to Halifax in 1840 by all the Queens assembling in the River Mersey.

I was meant to be there that day, in fact for a long weekend at that time, had been looking forward to it for ages.  And then my company picked that exact date for a major project going live, which I couldn't miss.  Was absolutely devastated.
