I was meant to be there that day, in fact for a long weekend at that time, had been looking forward to it for ages.  And then my company picked that exact date for a major project going live, which I couldn't miss.  Was absolutely devastated.

Passionate about QE2's service life for 40 years and creator of this website.  I have worked in IT for 28 years and created my personal QE2 website in 1994.
