I think this plan will make a nice addition to my kitchen - I may have to move the QE2 clock to make wall space!  Thanks for pointing it out - I am emailing to my husband as an anniversary present "hint"!

A lovely find. I think I shall purchase that as a present for myself in two weeks - as a present for completing my Higher Diploma in Mass Communications.

Nice find, thanks for the link!

Anyone managed to make the website work yet?

Looks like an updated version (to 1983 post magrodome condition) of an almost identical as built plan I have of the ship.

Soon as I figure out how to order, i'll get this one too!

This looks odd to me.  The funnel and aft deck layout in the plan view (top) looks like a 1969-85 configuration.  The magrodome would have covered the Q-deck pool but this is wide open.  The funnel and aft decks in the sheer or profile view (bottom) looks like post 86 refit.  Can't tell anything on the body plan view (right) due to the size.  I assume the mystery box is there.

Bob,

If you look closely at the stern on the plan view, you can see that the deck has been altered around the pool to show the surrounds of the magrodome, but the magrodome itself is not drawn in the gap. Its almost as if it is in the open position.

The mystery box is shown on too.

The funnel on both views is the original funnel, but with the post falklands stripes shown on. This plan shows the ship pretty accuratly as refitted in 1983, and as it was in service until the big 86/7 rebuild.

Hope this helps  8)

These seem to be the same post-Faukland configuration plans only white background with blue ink.

I do, however lm putting together a package of them all and hope to make them available to the members on here at a reduced price, in due course
Just bear with me, the size of them makes them very limited in who can copy them, the printers also have an issue with with copyright ::), but there is a way round that... but lets not go there :-X (just yet anyway)
But dont worry the situation is all in hand.....Watch this space ;)

I have copying and scanning facilities at my disposal here in the states.  Myles, I could be your USA distributor!  Seriously, I have seen these prints during the Cabin Cavalcade and they are quite detailed.
