While looking through my photographic records for a picture to accompany another post i've written for QE2 Forum, i came across these photos of the 'Welcome Back' line up for the above ship & post.

Note the flooded dockside! Due to the late return of the tours our departure was subsequently delayed which resulted in us being caught still alongside at high water! But, being resourceful as ever, the ship's agent though ahead and organised the solution.

What we crew do to make your trip 'memorable'!

Amazing!  I love that the crew are lined up to keep the passengers safe... if I tried to do that, I'd fall backwards into the water...

Even the Security Officer gets involved in these returns, he's that debonair, good looking, slim, agile young man on the right at the top of the gangway!

Also note the 3 pallets floating away on the left of the picture!
