Travels with Anthony has published a tribute to Cunard's 180 years, with a special mention of QE2 :

I wonder whether Cunard itself has organised any commemoration?

Good that the anniversary is being remembered at a time when the ships are not cruising. 
I was proud to be involved with planning QE2's 50 year conference in September 2017 in Clydebank
