My biggest regret is not sailing on her.

I also wish I had gotten interested in QE2 earlier than I did (2007 instead of 2009). If this was to be the case, I would have done everything in my power to see her up close docked to my closest port, Los Angeles.

Hi Brandon
I first saw her when I was a teenager in her early days moored at Southampton ( I'm Now well into my 70s) we went specially to see her and had to wait in line to get onto the  Quayside never managed to get on-board  but to see what in those days was the cutting edge of marine Technology was the
interest for most of the people,
Most  there like my family would not have been able to afford to sail on her,  the pride shown by the people was evident

I too harbour the same regret Brandon - we got a chance to do the Round Britain on her in 2007 for her 40th but we couldn't do it.

Damn comes to mind!  :(

Regrets ?  Yes...When the time came that I could have applied to be an on board musician with one of my groups, other things came up as they seem to do.  The thought is that there will be plenty of time to do it.  But, time has a habit of moving on and sweeping one's hopes and desires into the abyss...  :(
