Poll for November 2018 Competition : QE2 Memories
« on: Dec 03, 2018, 03:26 PM »
The theme for the November competition "QE2 Memories" was chosen by Mel.

Thank you to everyone who submitted pictures, which we really appreciate, and we hope that you enjoy choosing and voting for your 3 favourites.

Voting is easy, but you need to be registered as a Forum member and log into the Forum to vote.  Whether or not you have submitted photos, please support those who have participated, by choosing your three favourite ones, noting the details, then tick the relevant box on the poll.  If you have entered photos please do not vote for your own pictures.

To make it easier for you, we have posted the pictures below, however you can also view the photos in the Gallery Album, "QE2 Memories", where you can see them all at once, in thumbnail form, plus you can view larger versions of the pictures by clicking on the photo to see medium size, and click once more to see them in large size.

You will not see the results of the vote until the poll has closed on 1 January 2019, after all time zones have had a chance to catch up with the voting deadline.

As always the choice is yours - enjoy!

Another photo collection for us to enjoy!

The poll is open, and plenty of QE2 memories to savour as we select our three favourite pictures.

Looking forward to plenty of votes :) .

Could've done with more than 3 votes this time  ;)
First sailed on QE2 in August 2003 aged 6 years old. Last stepped foot and sailed on QE2 in July 2008. Last saw the seagoing QE2 in person from the decks of QM2, on QE2's last Transatlantic crossing (Eastbound tandem) in October 2008. Visited QE2, in her new life, in Dubai back in January 2020.

I agree it was very difficult to choose just three as there are so many good photos for this competition.

But my votes are in and sorry I could not choose more wonderful photos.

IMPOSSIBLE!!

I actually feel really bad for all the photos in there that I love, but didn't vote for!

But its fun too.  To reminisce and admire the photos of the people who have taken time to support our community here, while remembering QE2.

Seven people have voted so far, but we need lots more votes for these wonderful photos.  A difficult decision to vote for only three but please vote and support the competition.

My votes are cast.  It is too bad I could not vote for every photo that has been entered.  Many thanks to all who have submitted their very special memory photos of QE2 !!  If you have not yet looked at the photos and chosen your favourites, please log in and spend some time with QE2 !   :)

Only 13 people have voted so far - everyone must be too busy partying or Christmas Shopping.   ;D

If you have not voted yet, why not take time to relax, enjoy these fantastic photos and vote for your 3 favourites.
