This month's theme is "Looking up at QE2", chosen by Dianne, the winner of the May 2018 competition.

Looking forward to looking up at QE2 together with you :) .

The prize this month is the hardcover version of the book "QE2 A photographic journey" by Chris Frame and Rachelle Cross, donated by Pia.

Alternatively, June Ingram is offering a jigsaw of the prizewinning picture. The choice is yours -- which will it be?

The album is open -  so now is the time to look for your most interesting pictures on this theme. Wishing you happy memories as you search your photo collection to find up to three pictures to upload to the competition album.

If you have not uploaded photos to the Forum Gallery before, have a look at these instructions, and if you have any problems, just contact us on You could even email the photos to this address, and we can upload them for you.

The deadline for submitting photos is 31 August 2018. Voting will run from 1 September 2018 until 30 September 2018.

We look forward to seeing your photos in this month's competition. 

This is the final month of photos for the 2019 calendar. Maybe your photo will figure there!

Just uploaded my photos, tricky to choose 3 given she's so photogenic!
First sailed on QE2 in August 2003 aged 6 years old. Last sailed on QE2 in July 2008. Last saw the seagoing QE2 in person from the decks of QM2, on QE2's last Transatlantic crossing (Eastbound tandem) in October 2008. Visited QE2 in her new life, in Dubai, in January 2020 and August 2022.
