World Cruise - more than you and i, if we clubbed together, could afford that's for certain.

There were a couple who used to book both for World Cruises!

The 103-day 2008 World Cruise had a price of £229,839 per person for the QE and QM Suites but if booked before 31 January 2007 there was a 50% discount so that made the fare £114,919 per person. As Andy says these were reserved several years in advance by the same couple so it was a pointless exercise actually printing the fares for these suites in the brochures!

In America the 90-day voyage in 2008 had brochure fares of $176,825 per person.

As for a transatlantic in 2008: The final two crossings in October had a fare of £19,709 per person for those suites.

From the moment you first glimpsed the Queen,
you just knew you were in for a very special time ahead.!

  • QE2, a home from home - beautiful from all angles!
First travelled on QE2 in August 2003 aged 6 years old. Last stepped foot and travelled on QE2 in July 2008. Last saw QE2 in person from the decks of QM2, on QE2's last Transatlantic crossing (Eastbound tandem) in October 2008 - we had the better view!
