If you look at the photos of the TripAdvser page ... what are the horrible bar stools they've placed in the CHART ROOM?!?!?!  They do not match at all.

During the first days after the opening those bar stools were in the Crystal Bar......and now in the Chartroom

I've also recently seen photos of the chunky casino stools in the yacht club, looking very out of place.

Jonathan Boonzaier (a maritime journalist) spent 6 nights on board in October and has uploaded over 200 photos in this set :

He also wrote a detailed review for Liners' List -- those of us who are members there might like to have a look at what he says. He had never actually experienced QE2 at sea, but had visited her in port on a small number of occasions.

Great photos! Is there a link available to Jonathan's Liners' List review? A web search didn't find anything.
First sailed on QE2 in August 2003 aged 6 years old. Last sailed on QE2 in July 2008. Last saw the seagoing QE2 in person from the decks of QM2, on QE2's last Transatlantic crossing (Eastbound tandem) in October 2008. Visited QE2 in her new life, in Dubai, in January 2020 and August 2022.
