It might amuse you to hear that we're receiving booking enquiries for the ship.  Because of the signs in Dubai, people are thinking that she's open, and wondering how to book.  Of course they go looking for the hotel website, and there isn't one, which brings them here.   Good news for the potential success of the hotel however!

Maybe you could set the forum up as a middleman passing the enquiries on to the relevant people in Dubai - for a percentage as a "finder's fee" of course!

Which begs the question..IF you did want to book a room on QE2 for her opening gala night WHERE do you book it through, December isnt that far away.or are they only inviting invited guests..

What might the dress code be... long white robe optional
and given the Alcohol issues . it might be a coketail party only
However we can be assured, l asume, given their stance of same sex
There will only be one Queen there that night, centre stage

I do find it kind of strange, that at this point not even a place holder page is somewhere online, I have seen buildup to smaller local business with response from their owners that had more attention from various national news services then I have seen so far for the QE2.
