Between 2013 and 2015 she had sat visibly deteriorating in the industrial docks facility while oil tanker workers used her lovely Midships Lobby as their access route onto their adjacent tanker

Correction here the Midships Lobby was never a used as a walk through for those workers

Anything positive, at all, to say?

Thanks June. Submitted it about a month ago but think the festive season delayed things.  It took a surprisingly long time to write considering how short it is. I admire all those who find the time to write entire books!

Hi Rob - The article was very well written and very well illustrated with photos.  It includes exactly the right amount of apprehension about QE2's future as well as bringing forward optimism regarding her future. June  :)

Thank-you to Rob for taking time to write this article that gives an update on what is happening to the ship and keeps her in the news.
I was proud to be involved with planning QE2's 50 year conference in September 2017 in Clydebank
