Two things are evident from that:

1) It's completely clear that the lifeboats are deliberately positioned how they are as part of the experience.

2) The fact that there's at least two coach loads of people not in business type clothing means that they are now being much more open and accessible than even only a month ago.

All seems to be on track for the December opening or in a few months if that doesn't end up being the case for whatever reason. Things are coming together, that cannot be denied or debated, at long last.
First sailed on QE2 in August 2003 aged 6 years old. Last sailed on QE2 in July 2008. Last saw the seagoing QE2 in person from the decks of QM2, on QE2's last Transatlantic crossing (Eastbound tandem) in October 2008. Visited QE2 in her new life, in Dubai, in January 2020 and August 2022.

These ones on this video are at the Cruise Terminal so for those passengers on those cruise ship they can be seen.
The other 14 lifeboats on display near QE2 can also be seen more in public. No permission is needed to get in Port Rashid. Some restaurants and cafe store has opened at the new marina so daily many visitors came through

Not even a display stand to make them stand upright…… They look more like they've been thrown away in the sand at random than deliberately positioned.

Maybe this means that it's not definitive and that they'll be put back on board eventually… at least it's how I want to interpret it.  :-[

The area is still no finished grass and palm tree will be added soon

If the lifeboats are not going back on eh ship and are to be displayed, I hope they at least right them. Otherwise it looks like a shipwreck theme. A cradle would make the display a lot nicer.

Exactly Bob - they look as if they are either inviting theft,
or perhaps waiting to be condemned as a result of fly-tipping, illegal in the UK.
If only they could be re-installed....
