I am looking to sell this 1968 QE2 Maiden Voyage Silver Medallion, weighing 3.1oz and is 2.56 inches in diameter. It was originally issued to shareholders, and passangers aboard the QE2 on its maiden voyage . This is one of only 250 minted, and comes with a certificate of authenticty (no.158) that coinsidez with a number engraved into the medallion on the rim. This is a great piece of QE2 memrobelia that was struck by Slade, Hampton & Sons who I believe no longer make medals. It is presented in a snap shut hard blue box, with a piece of matching colour cleaning fabric. The medallion is in good condition (see pictures). Any offers are welcome :)
