Thanks very much, Louis, for setting up this timeline of our beloved QE2 since her move out of Dry Docks World.  It is good to know that she has her Captain back aboard.  Please continue to add to it as you receive material.  We can only hope that QE2 finally gets the care and respect she so richly deserves.
QE2 - the ship for all of time, a ship of timeless beauty !

Thank you to you, Louis, as well as to all the contacts that you have requested to send these images.
It's very difficult to look at many of them - progressively now - they hold so little hope for QE2.
Am I the only one who scans now with dread - and more dread even, for her?

To think that the only power there is for the 'bling' external lighting that the once great ship QE2 was never ever meant to display;
it seems uncertain whether to smile at the thought that it confirms that she exists (albeit as a representation of her former self)
or whether to weep - so sad does she look.

To keep QE2 well in mind - it seems more important now to think of how she was built, how she was home to so many of her crew,
and of course of the reminders to those of us who knew her as her passengers.
I found these today - hopefully they, like all the other photos will last as great reminders - perhaps for ever!

During the Month of January workers were still carry on working,the ship is a tight security zone so it is hard to get out anything.At night here overheard lights are still on.Her interiors lights have different sequences every night sometimes a few one,other times more and sometimes all black.
Below is a photo taken on the night of the 21st,this night was the night with the most interior lights on.
