Presumably the "museum style luxury accommodation" means on board QE2 herself?

I believe so.  Its a hint that they might be trying to work with what they have, rather than recreate her.  Any room on board QE2, public or private, will be museum-style, compared to everything else in Dubai!

That's true... QE2 was, of course, built and did half her life before Dubai was even thought of!
