You might find the attached interesting.  Its from Google Trends, of people searching for information about QE2 over the years.

You see it waning dramatically, especially over the past few years while nothing much has been happening.

Until 2011 its was like a overhaul cruise ship lover that wanted to know what was happening after that looks like only QE2 fans in general are looking it

Is there a vertical scale showing the actual volume of the searches?  I can only see the timeline along the bottom.
