Official IoM Cunard 175 Postal Tribute
« on: Jul 30, 2015, 09:56 AM »

We received an email in the Admin Mail box from the Isle of Man Post Office to inform us about their Postal Tribute to Cunard's 175 years

First Day Cover collectors and collectors of Cunard memorabilia will be interested in these first day covers that commemorate Cunard's 175 years events.

I have a big collection of First Day Covers, including many QE2 and the new Cunarders, so I will certainly be looking at buying.

Thanks for posting the link Lynda........I have just purchased the limited edition print. I am a big fan of Robert Lloyd's work and have many of his QE2 and Cunard signed limited edition prints.

It is a stunning limited edition print that captures the event very well and the fact that it is signed makes it special.  I also like Robert Lloyd's work and have a couple of prints.  I will be purchasing the signed First Day Cover to add to my collection.

Thanks very much, Lynda, for letting us know about the Postal Tribute to Cunard's 175th.  It is great that the event and Cunard are being honored in this way.  And yes, Robert Lloyd's work is very, very good.   :)
