MSC Splendida and other cruise ships are in Tunis.  It seems some passengers and cruise directors were to go to the museum in question today.  Please see statement by MSC -

Seatrade insiders have reported that nine MSC passengers were killed in a terror attach in Tunis and twelve wounded.  This is a worse case scenario for tourists who were on a shore excursion and then got caught up in a terror attack.  There may be other casualties from a Costa ship that sailed from the port with passengers unaccounted for.

I was proud to be involved with planning QE2's 50 year conference in September 2017 in Clydebank

Now how on earth will the cruise line deal with this, in respect of the remaining passengers on this cruise ?
Cancel the whole cruise, return to base, refund all passengers, carry on with an ammended schedule...
