Hi Bruce - It is Richard Baker doing what may well have been a live broadcast.
Heading off to find out more - i.e stuff about TV coverage (with sound!) of the Launch!

That's incredible! Shot from on board too!

Richard Baker's broadcast from the unfinished aluminium deck of the QE2 must surely survive somewhere?
