Passionate about QE2's service life for 37 years and creator of this website.  Worked in IT for 27 years and created my personal QE2 website in 1994.

This looks absolutely fabulous

Looks good, I particularly like the collection of photos and of course the section on building the ship in Clydebank.

Ringo kindly sent me one as I'd helped him out with some bits and bobs and it is stunning. It contains photos taken onboard QE while being converted in Hong Kong which are very interesting. It is a worthy tribute to a great ship.

I thought it would be worth buying to add to my collection, then I saw the price on Blurb was £133, which is a bit steep for a retired lady like me.

Sorry for a second post, but I have just now thumbed through the entire book on Blurb and it absolutely spectacular.  The photos are amazing as well as all of the blueprints and specifications.  It is 220 US dollars.  I can see how it is certainly worth it but too pricey for most of us to  purchase.

For anyone who spends anytime on Queen Victoria there is a signed copy of the book in the library. I've just spent a delightful hour or so going through it.
