World cruises in the 1970s

 I have a copy of Carol Thatcher's 40 years famous.  Appendix 4 gives the embark and disembarkation ports for each of the World & extended cruises.  Can anyone give me the dates for these port departures and arrivals for 1976, 1977, 1978 and 1979?  Also the 1976 and 1978 cruises were termed 'extended',  Could anyone let me know if these were a circle Pacific or circle South American cruise?
