This month's theme is "View from the QE2 – looking out to shore", chosen for November by Peter Fitness, the winner of the August competition.

We look forward to seeing lots of photos for this theme. Most of us who set foot on QE2, probably took pictures showing the view from the ship, with some land in sight (there should be land visible in the picture).

The album is open -  so now is the time to remember your views from the QE2 – looking out to shore. Wishing you fun as you search your photo collection to find three pictures to upload to the competition album:

The deadline for submitting photos is 30 November 2013. Voting will run from 1 December 2013 until 31 December 2013.

We look forward to seeing your photos in this month's competition.

Enjoy yourselves!  :)

I may not have the winning photo but I thoroughly enjoyed looking through my photos for this month's competition.

Thank-you Peter for such a wonderful theme choice!  ;D

Do you have the winning photo?  Time to look at your QE2 Albums and choose your best photo looking out to shore from QE2.   :)

What always amazed me was that we started each day and ended each day in the familiar surroundings of QE2, while meanwhile the scenery around us constantly changed. One day, it was the ice capped mountains of Svalbard, another it was the elephants and dancers of Kochi greeting us. Can you imagine any other home  mysteriously whisked from place to place even while you sleep?

The photo collection in this growing album shows the extraordinary multiplicity of environments in which QE2 was perfectly at home -- and which she showed to us her passengers!

It would be good if we could have a few more photos for this month's Photo Competition "View from the QE2"
