Just upriver from Waverley's old berth at Anderson Quay - a good example of what will happen when you dont maintain the quay wall!

A friend in the know says these are going to be a massive problem. Some people with Glasgow harbour flats don't realise they own a share of the relevant bit of quay wall and it will Cost a fortune each time this happens.

In this case I hope the city council can afford to repair it properly and prevent more problems elsewhere but given that they seem unable to maintain the roads....
