I wonder when the Queens Room seats were recovered into the leather format?
From the moment you first glimpsed the Queen,
you just knew you were in for a very special time ahead.!

For what its worth, these are printed on thick photo paper and cost a small fortune on the farewell voyages
The seller comes highly recommended  :-X
I might even break my golden rule of not bidding things up, only because its not advertised but the proceeds go to a charity.

That's so funny!  Those are the exact curtains I associate with QE2.  I have a (not so great picture) of me with those curtains behind me (in a room not to far from where they were hung).  Just ignore the terribly trendy tuxedo ... and the VERY highlighted hair.  ... It was August of 1998 after all.

Pity you don't require the curtains, they would have made an ideal matching pair to go with your bed cover.--and the price seems O.K as well.

This is a lovely early photo of one of the cabins
Item No: 310390020064
Auction ending 2.30 pm BST today
QE2 had been waiting alongside in Dubai for what seemed like ages...Please don't leave her looking more like a Hotel-with-a-Hull than the greatest Liner afloat - Please restore her Lifeboats and Tenders to where they truly belong - she looks naked without them - please spare her this ignominy.

And even given away on subsequent voyages would you believe (QV if I remember correctly), whereby if you bought a frame for example then they would give you one of these. I knew a couple of the Phots so managed to ahem, squirrel a couple ;)

I also have one framed in my Office and looks superb
Start every day with a smile and get it over with
