I think the gentleman gave a fairly good report. Things do go wrong. He did not sensationalize and neither did the news anchor try to do that.

Hi all.... for those who might be interested, the gentleman in that interview is Canadian Ross Klein, a professor at Memorial University in St. John's, Newfoundland. He has a very interesting website called www.cruisejunkie.com.   Anything different happening in the cruise industry, he usually knows about it and reports it on his website.   Have a look.  www.cruisejunkie.com
