HI
I was a dancer onboard the QE2 from 1983- 1987
I loved every minute of my time on the ship, and recently did a transatlantic cruise with my Mum on the Queen Mary 2, it bought back all my lovely memories.
Also really enjoying catching up with old friends on facebook.

Hi Lisa-Jayne  - Welcome to the Forum!  Not until I read that you were a dancer on board from 1983-87 did I realize the same entertainers stayed on board for long periods of time.  I thought entertainers were like lecturers and were hired for specific, short-term periods.  Interesting.  I look forward to reading about how you ended up on the QE2 and to hearing about your adventures on board.

Janice
Whenever I hear a sea story I think of the first time I saw the QE2 and the great adventures that followed.

Lisa Jayne, for the benefit of all of us explain who employed you and how you got on the QE 2. Even after Peter Gordeno left.
