Hi,

I’ve come across a transart brouchure whilst clearing out my nans house and was wondering if anyone was interested in it?
I have attached a few photos for people to have a look at too

Neil - just to let you know that its worth a fair bit, especially in good condition and with that original cover.  I'm not sure exactly how much but potentially 3 figures to the right person.
Passionate about QE2's service life for 40 years and creator of this website.  I have worked in IT for 28 years and created my personal QE2 website in 1994.

Thanks Rob for the helpful advice, it's in pretty good nick other than the page where nan stuck an envelope in. I don't want it to go to someone who wouldn't appreciate it either!

I hope you find a QE2 enthusiasts who wants to purchase the item.

The QE2 Transart brochure is a desirable item.  I purchased one on ebay a few years ago and I think it cost me around £75 at the time.  There was a lot of interest from bidders.

Neil, I am interested in your Transart brochure. Can we discuss this via the "My Messages" feature in the bar just under the logo?  That will go to my email address.  Thanks!

Buyer beware - just a bit of advice if you are looking for one of the Transart brochures on E-bay or other location.  Ask questions such as:

- are all pages present
- is the hardcover damaged
- do any of the pages, especially the acetates have any damage
- is it musty and to what extent
- is the deck plan included
- is the original cardboard jacket included and what is its condition

I negotiated one on E-bay for 25 GBP knowing it had some issues.  If I had asked additional questions, I probably could have paid less.  Regardless, the one I received (gift for my father) was in good condition especially for being almost 50 years old.
