RMS Queen Elizabeth 2

The music played at the end is quite emotional.

Is there any footage of Queen Mary saying farewell to New York?

Thanks for posting this fantastic film footage.  I particularly liked how the first video clip showed snippets of the interior of the ship and the passengers.  Another famous Cunard ship built in Clydebank and loved by many.
I was proud to be involved with planning QE2's 50 year conference in September 2017 in Clydebank

Queen Mary's final arrival and departure from New York had to share the news with events on the river Clyde...    ;)
which mirrored 1934 when Queen Mary was launched on the day of Mauretania's final NY departure.
