Another treat: Mr Duffy's domain!
It seems so small, considering size the amount of responsibility the post carried!
Did it change a great deal following the advent of computers?

THANK YOU!

Flagship, these and the others you are posting are great photos of spaces we rarely or never see.  Is it possible to include the locations of them when you post the photos?

The Hot Mans Office is further aft of the black block. The black block was were Accommodation Services was located and the staircase there was a crew one.

Louis,
What plans are you using in the photos and would it be possible to get a copy of them?

The Hotel Manager's Cabin was turned into part of the Aquitania Suite in 1999 but his Office was at Two Deck C Stairway. Not sure exactly when this space (pictured above) became the Hot Man Office as when the ship was built it was a Baggage Assembly Room.

Thank you Michael, I asked because it appears the area has been repurposed again to another use from speaking with Louis.
First sailed on QE2 in August 2003 aged 6 years old. Last sailed on QE2 in July 2008. Last saw the seagoing QE2 in person from the decks of QM2, on QE2's last Transatlantic crossing (Eastbound tandem) in October 2008. Visited QE2 in her new life, in Dubai, in January 2020 and August 2022.
