This sounds really silly but i thought about this. What song would you describe QE2's life. It could be any song as long as it fits in with QE2s career, life and retirement. It could also describe your love for her.

Personally, I associate that song with the QE2.

My friend introduced it to me in early December 2007, just before the cruise voyage. And I spent much of the trip listening to it.

the song I think (and it brings a tear to my eye) is "You're no awa tae bide awa"  The song that was played when she sailed away from Greenock on her 40th birthday.  I have it on video and every time I watch it I feel the same.

Stevie Wonder "I just called to say I love" will always remind me of my first trip on QE2 in 1985, sitting one night in the club lido as the ship rolled perfectly in time to the music. Fantastic.
