So - Now that there are more 'cruise'-ships parking in Dubai, and making some money for their hosts, - maybe the 'Dubai-ans' might be amenable to sharing QE2
i.e. letting her go off on her own - for 'adventures' around the world?
By that time - there could be the possibility that she could find space for a long 'rest' in say Soton - specially if Dubai is still needing revenue!
