The builders plague has six holes as seen on the photos above and not 4

The Engineers memory might have gone a bit fuzzy over time!

Actually - the Engineers memory would seem to be working pretty well at the moment.
He remembered the exact wording - no less!

...what did the Chief say...How did he find out?
And how did the Engineer hear about the POLICE?
There's still the mystery - did the Chief return it to its rightful place?
Don't tell me it's hanging above his bed?!
And the next installment....please, can hardly wait.

(Oh yes - it's SO good that you haven't quit...yet!
Happy Weekend, to you.)

QE2 had been waiting alongside in Dubai for nearly 12 years.  Please restore her Lifeboats and Tenders to where they truly belong - she looks naked without them - please spare her this ignominy.

Its not being suggested that the builders plate from QE2 now on QE is fake.... :o :o :o
Carnival dont do fake do they... well aside from that escapade with snow falling in the grand lobby on QM2 one Christmas ::)
From the moment you first glimpsed the Queen,
you just knew you were in for a very special time ahead.!

The police started questioning people... Then the announcement was made ..if it was returned nothing would be said no charges etc...turned up in the Maintenance Office.

S'pose that's a good enough ending - Thanks to you!
A bit of a shame though, that the Engineer wasn't able to hang on to the trophy he'd so carefully prepared!

Isn't it also exactly why the history of QE2, her crew and everything else about her needs to be preserved?
She is a Great Ship - in a class of her own.
