The Coronation Cruise aboard Queen Mary 2.
« on: May 17, 2023, 05:02 PM »
Hi everyone, we recently enjoyed an unscheduled cruise aboard QM2. The Coronation Cruise. I have made a couple of videos of this trip and when filming it,  I noticed that 3 of the  "The Commodores Cufflinks" are missing from the foredeck. There are normally 8, have Cunard had to use them? Could this be related to the technical issue that caused the cancellation of the T/A crossing? Who knows! Here is a couple of links to our time aboard her if you wish to view them. Best wishes, Alan.

Very kind of you. Thanks so much for doing this. This will be my pre-sleep viewing.
Thanks again.

Wonderful videos, and interesting about the cufflinks!  Work got in the way for me, or I would have enjoyed being back on board QM2 for a few days, especially as i love Liverpool!

Thanks for making the video footage and for sharing on the forum. I love the QM2 and seeing the footage of walking around the deck brought back memories. Liverpool always does a good send off - well done!
I was proud to be involved with planning QE2's 50 year conference in September 2017 in Clydebank
