Title: Saga Ruby Re-fit

As some of you are probably aware "Saga Ruby" is currently in dry dock for a re-fit and technical overhaul after cancelling her last voyage part way through and refunding all who were on board.This morning I here that her next voyage due to sail from Southampton on the 6th December 2012 for a 8 day cruise has also been cancelled. DOES ANYONE HAVE MORE INFO PLEASE !!

It seems we need not yet fear that she will end her sailing days before January 2014.

Her Advent Cruise, out of Southampton on 6 December, is listed on the Saga web site :

Her Advent Cruise if it still goes ahead must be leaving from another port maybe Dover as she has been cancelled from southampton"s docking schedule as of yesterday

 Don't know what a 40yr inspection entails , but, crankshaft inspection isn't on the shopping list.

 Just read a small item online Ruby apparently out on trials this Saturday, good luck to everybody & Ruby, if this doesn't work she won't be going anywhere.
