27 March to 5 May 1976: “Cradle of Civilisation” Extended Cruise 39 days, calling at 14 ports

15 January to 6 April 1977: “Jubilee World Cruise” 81 days, calling at 21 ports Note: QE2 became the largest passenger ship in history to transit the Panama Canal – surpassing the record held by the German liner Bremen in 1936.

Note: QE2’s first ‘circle Pacific cruise’ and her first visit to Australia / New Zealand. For the first time ever Sydney was brought to a halt with the crowds and traffic stopping on the famous Bridge.

18 January to 8 April 1979: “For once in your life live” World Cruise 80 days, 24 ports in 14 countries.

Pedant though I am Lynda, I don't think we could call the Cradle cruise a Worldy. It was basically a Mediterranean cruise, possibly with a transatlantic added on either end (though I can't recall if there were transatlantics without looking up the schedules).
