The QE2 Story's Gallery

I stopped by the port to see the ship. Work still underway getting the ship ready for opening. According to security I spoke to, expects to open “mid next month “. QE2 looks beautiful, freshly painted and gleaming in the sun. A lot of construction going on around the whole area. It appears to ultimately be an entertainment complex with the QE2 ideally located to be a focal point.
Lifeboats are off the ship and placed around a roadway that will be the main road into the area.
