For those who new him, Paul Tennant (on the left as you look at the picture) who was one of the printers on board the QE2 in the 1980's has recently passed away. He was a good friend to me for over 28 years and his printer parties on the 6 deck working alleyway were always great fun. Paul would regularly bring out his guitar for a sing-song and we performed together in a crew show in the theatre in front of Crew and passengers in 1983.

Paul you will be sadly missed....... Cry

Hi Steven, sorry to hear about your friend Paul. Since leaving the ship I have heard of a couple of crew who mayhave passed away. I'm not certain but one was John (2nd Engineer) and Paul (Plumber). Surnames witheld.

Yes Rich, sadly a few have passed away over the years.I remember Geoffery (butler) and Ricky Dix (barkeeper).

His funeral takes place today. I remember him singing for various crew parties. RIP
