Yes, that's the boat deck of the Queen Mary that Cliff Richard and Susan Hampshire are dancing along in the 1964 film "Wonderful Life"  ("Swingers Paradise" in the USA)

RMS Queen Mary is a very beautiful ship shes another Liner I love. When my Dad was in hospital back in 2004 after he had a heart attack there was a man on the same ward as him and he use to maintain Queen Mary in Southampton for her overhaul. He could have appeared in the old newsreels when it shown her in dry dock. He was a very nice man.
